Popular Basic Modifications
Man doors help to maintain comfortable temperatures, allow for easy access to the container, and are very durable. Man doors are installed with reinforced frames, drip rail, threshold, door closure and automotive style rubber seals.

Security lockbox and/or keyed entry are available, as well as panic bar for emergency exists.
Roll-up doors are installed with reinforced frame and a latch set. These doors are functional and practical for residential and industrial use since they allow for access to the container. They roll into a spool which is placed under container roof. Clearance under roll up doors can be increased by upgrading standard height container to high cube.

Vents or Louvers are used for various applications where airflow is required to eliminate hazardous fumes, reduce condensation or release pressure. Available in various sizes with optional weather hoods and bar guards.
Our sliding vinyl windows come with a fully welded frame which makes them water resistant. The windows are also double glazed with a low E2 energy efficient coating. Our standard window is 3′ x 4′ and include a window screen.
We use closed cell polyurethane spray foam on ceiling, walls and/or undercarriage to insulate containers. It helps to control temperature inside heated containers. Spray foam is often added to container roof to prevent condensation issues in non-heated containers used for storage.
Liner packages come with spray foam or Batt insulation. We usually line interior with G1S plywood which can be painted. Plywood liners are often used for office, lunchroom and workshop spaces which do not have to meet any engineering codes or regulations.
Our standard paint is Hempel Hi-Build enamel. This is a high quality paint from a world wide manufacturer.

Lockboxes protect your padlock from the weather and the threat of bolt cutters. Our lockboxes can accept most standard padlocks with 1 inch shackle or similar.
